Therefore IC Global Group has divided its operations in 3 different divisions: IC Vessel Supplier | IC Travel Agency | IC Event Planner As a Ship Chandler we are ready to supply yachts, mega yachts and cruise liners with the best products and the best service, making your life easier at the port of arrival. Our Travel Agency division specializes in developing customized travel packages in Costa Rica, with a selection of the best and finest hotels and excursions available in the country. We also take care of those crewmembers that have a day off when they arrive to the country offering lodging and tours to places of interest. IC Event Planner creates and organizes events at sea, as well as in other locations, which we have carefully selected in order to make that event a great memory.

We provide food and gourmet food, medical services, offer customs brokerage and many other services required by ships and its crew.

EVENTS AT SEA

From dusk till dawn, at any time of the day, nothing better than having an event to remember at sea. A wedding, a meeting, an anniversary or any other special moment will be delivered as promised, with the highest quality, great entertainment and the most delicious flavors.

 

Terms and conditions

a) IC GLOBAL GROUP (hereinafter referred to as “the Agency”) is a tour operator, this means that organizes, promotes, and sells tour programs in Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Panama, all together or by country individually.

b) The agency will design a custom itinerary upon request, in accordance with the interests and budget of the client. Once the client approves the final itinerary, all formal reservations will be made to have the final itinerary confirmed and guaranteed.

c) Once the final itinerary is confirmed, the customer must pay 25% of the total value of the trip to IC GLOBAL GROUP as a deposit. Final payment must be made 45 days before the client's arrival in the country and in the case of special dates and/or peak season, the final payment should be made 90 days before the arrival of the client to the country. If any of these dates are not met by the customer and the reservation is lost, IC GLOBAL GROUP is not responsible for such cancellations. In the event a reservation is received less than 45 days prior to arrival, full payment must be made as soon as final itinerary is confirmed.

d) IC GLOBAL GROUP reserves the right to modify or change all or part of the itinerary for safety reasons, natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control, always communicating it in the first instance to our customer for approval and thereafter perform the necessary changes.

e) Any incidental charges on changes in the itinerary must be borne by the customer. Once the tour begins, no refund will be given for any part of the itinerary that the client does not use during the course of the trip.

 

Cancellation and Refunds Policies.

a) Cancellations must be received in writing by mail to traveldirector@icglobalgroup.com or phone at +506 2204-7200. Cancellation charges will be calculated as of the date we receive your cancellation. Cancellation charges and refunds shall be calculated in accordance with the terms of this passenger contract. Any applicable refunds will be returned to you in the manner in which payment was made, and processed within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation.

b) A service charge of $ 200.00 will apply for administrative expenses. If a client cancels after making the payment of the final balance, a part of it may be refundable according to the following conditions:

- For trips scheduled throughout the year: Cancellations received 45 days before arrival, the customer will receive a 100% refund of the total amount, less any additional cost of properties and services involved in the final itinerary.

- For cancellations received 44-30 days prior to arrival, 50 % of the total amount will be refunded, less any additional cost of properties and services involved in the final itinerary .

- If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled holiday, no refund applies at all.

- For trips on special dates (Easter, Christmas and New Year) reimbursements for cancellations after payment of the final balance will be applied according to the specific policies of each vendor.

c) If you are a no -show, if you cancel your trip after the departure date, or if you leave a trip already in progress, you will not receive any refund for any unused portion of your trip.

d) If Operator cancels any optional extension which you have purchased, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid for the extension. However, if you subsequently decides to cancel the base (main) portion of your trip, cancellation charges will apply.

 

Responsibility

a) IC GLOBAL GROUP is an intermediary between the customer and the companies that provide services on the routes, such as hotels, transportation, restaurants, airlines, tours and car rental companies, for this reason it will not assume any responsibility for injury, damage, loss, accident or delay to persons or property in connection with any service provided or directly affected by weather, road conditions, breakdowns, strikes, wars, riots, terrorism, robbery, theft, acts of God, civil disturbances, restrictions or regulations government, change or cancellation of any means of transportation to arrive or leave the country on schedule, and changes in transportation, car rental, excursions or hotel services outside its control.

b) IC GLOBAL GROUP will not reimburse customers, who by choice / responsibility or negligence, choose not to use some or any of the services included in your program; and if this change(s) involves extra charge, the client(s) should cover it.

c ) The company is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay, inconvenience or disappointment in connection with the provision of, or failure to provide, any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from- but not limited to, acts of God or force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, mechanical or other failure of transportations, airplanes or other means of transportation or for the failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time, or for any other cause beyond the direct monitoring of the company.

d) Some tours include visits to shops and merchants. The company is not responsible for any purchases you make during your tour, whether or not that merchant is part of the scheduled itinerary.

e) You agree that Company’s liability for loss or damage to baggage or property staff is limited to $ 500 per bag. You warrant that no such items will be presented to Company as baggage on any tour or transfer, and release from all liability Company whatsoever for loss of or damage to items such when presented to Company in breach of this warranty. Passengers are strongly urged to keep valuables, irreplaceable items and medicines in their possession at all times and not to pack items in baggage such suitcases or handled by others. Company shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to valuables left unattended in your hotel room, on any bus or other mode of transportation or any facility or location during your tour.

f) In connection with your trip, Company shall not be liable to the passenger for damages for emotional distress, mental suffering or psychological injury of any kind, under any circumstances, except for such attributable to passenger's physical injury or as the result of passenger having been at current risk of immediate physical injury proximately caused by Company's negligence.

g) For your benefit, we strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance that to protect against loss or damage to baggage and personnel effects, trip cancellation and interruption, emergency evacuation, accidental death or injury, illness and medical expenses sustained or incurred in connection with your tour.

 

Reservations and Payments

a) The fulfillment of payment by credit card online of all services provided by IC GLOBAL GROUP will be processed by Infinity Global Green Solutions Inc. and Infinity Services Ltd. You understand that the name that will appear on the statement will always be IC GLOBAL GROUP.

b) All payments can be made in U.S. Dollars or Euros. We accept credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Network & Diners Club International.

c) Reservations that go from December 15th to January 5th, must be paid 90 days prior departure.

d) On Easter season, reservations must be paid 2 months before the start of your holiday.

e) A deposit of 25 % of the total of your trip is required to secure your reservation. To secure reservations on a trip departing within 45 days, a full payment is required at the time of booking.

f) Final payment is due for all trips at least 45 days prior to arrival. The agency reserves the right to cancel reservations that are not paid in full at any time after payment is due end, in which case cancellation charges will apply. "Other Items” that are not part of our price will be billed as separate items on your invoice. Surcharges, port charges, taxes, or fees go into effect that increase or prior to the payment in full of your invoice will be added to your invoice.

g) Every effort has-been made to produce pricing information accurately. Our agency reserves the right to correct promotional or pricing errors at any time, or to increase the price in the event of cost increases due to changes in currency fluctuations, increases park fee, taxes, or fuel surcharges, or other reasons, unless you pre -paid prior to the going into effect increase cost .

 

Privacy Policy

IC Global Group does not share customer information with third parties. The information we collect is only used to program, design the itinerary and confirm your holiday and also to inform you about the services you will receive.

 

AUTHORITY TO DECLINE PASSENGERS OR REMOVE PASSENGERS FROM TRIPS.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any person as a tour or trip passenger. We reserve the right to expel any passenger from a tour if we deem this necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the tour, including if your behavior is deemed to cause or be likely to cause danger, distress or annoyance to other passengers or if we reasonably determine your condition would adversely affect your health, safety or enjoyment or that of other passengers. If we remove you from a trip in progress, you will not be entitled to any refund, payment, compensation or credit of any kind for unused or missed services or costs incurred resulting from the termination of the travel arrangements and you will be responsible for your travel costs to return back home.

 

Passports and Visas

A valid passport is required for foreign citizens traveling to Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Panama. All passports must contain at least five blank pages and must be valid for six months after the completion of your trip or cruise. All passengers should contact the appropriate consular office for entry requirements pertaining to their trip, as we are not responsible for providing you with this information or documentation. It is the passenger’s sole responsibility to obtain and have available when necessary the appropriate valid travel documents. All passengers are advised to check with the appropriate government authority to determine the necessary documents. You may be refused arrive or departure from a transportation without liability for refund, payment, compensation, or credit of any kind if you do not have proper documentation, and you will be subject to any fine or other costs incurred by Company which result from improper documentation or noncompliance with applicable regulations.
